The IDS Technical Helpdesk is available to assist with first level troubleshooting on all installations of our products to IDS registered installers.

Please note the Technical Helpdesk opening times have changed and telephone support is now available from 8:00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. An exception of Thursday when the opening hours will be 8:30am to 5pm, to allow the Technical Helpdesk team members to all attend an internal training session.
As an additional service should the helpdesk been unable to resolve the technical problem, the issue can be escalated to the local branch for localized support.
